What we collect

We collect the contact details and experience preferences you submit, merchant service information, feedback and email correspondence. Email sign-in uses a necessary, secure session cookie. We do not use advertising trackers on this site.

How we use it

We use this information to respond, check availability, review merchants and operate the service. Relevant enquiry details may be shared with a potential local provider in China to check a service; we do not publish guest contact details. Merchant-approved public descriptions are published in English.

AI and service providers

Merchant service descriptions may be processed by a third-party AI translation provider through OpenRouter. Human review is required before publication. Do not submit identity documents, payment details or sensitive personal information in these forms. Hosting and email systems process data necessary to operate the service; processing may occur outside your home country.

Retention and your choices

We keep enquiry and feedback records while handling your request and ordinarily for up to 12 months afterward, unless needed to resolve a dispute or meet a legal requirement. Active merchant information is retained during cooperation. Ask us to access, correct or delete your information by email. We may need to verify ownership first. We do not sell your personal information.

Children

Requests must be made by an adult. Parents or guardians should contact us about activities for children without providing unnecessary personal information about them.
